Celebrating the colors of fall!
It's the glorious month of October! The temperature's cool, school has settled down for teachers and students alike, and Nature's wearing her prettiest reds and golds.
I love autumn! The cooler weather gives me more energy than I've had all summer. I feel like I can even think more clearly. My projects are progressing faster now, and my CPs have caught the fall spirit and are writing faster too!
Do you feel an energy boost in fall?

Thanks so much for the shout out, Lexa!! I love October, as you probably could guess :) Fall colors are amazing and horror galore.
Glad to hear your project is coming along!
You're heading into cooler weather with fall just as we're heading into the warmer weather of spring. I love those in-between months when it's not broiling hot or freezing cold.
Yes, I love Fall and all the gorgeous leaves. Loved the picture you posted.
I love your Foxy's Freebies!
Fall is my favorite time of the year. Like yourself, I feel like I can think more clearly, especially when the new sky awakens each morning while I'm writing. Now I have even more inspiration with my new black kitty who sits in the window against the horizon. Beautiful=)
The cooler weather gives me a lot more energy. Too hot to go outside and do anything in the summer.
Thanks for letting EDWARD roam free around Cairo. But please, be careful - he's a wily charmer with bad things in mind. After all, he is a Con Extraordinaire.
Fall is my favorite season. Here in Western New York the colors and sights are gorgeous!!!
I don't much like the falling temperatures - or the thought of winter coming - but it is quite beautiful here with the leaves all orange and gold, plus, it's Pumpkinfest :)
After Summer in Miami, I welcome the Fall with open arms.
Oh yes I have much more energy now. Summer makes me dopey...well, more dopey than usual:) The colours are beautiful here. I saw this amazing tree comeing to work-so beautiful. It has been so lovely mu hubby and I still have not turned on our heat
Who can resist a freebie? Thanks Foxy!
I love that photo...it always reminds me of one of my favourite songs - Autumn Leaves.
I have so much more energy in the fall. The crisp air is invigorating!
I LOVE fall, love Halloween, love picking apples and buying my pumpkin. All of it! Plus, hey, this year I have a YA horror (Dorianna) launching right before Halloween, so it's extra invigorating.
I love Autumn, but right now it's starting to heat up where I live. And heat almost always makes me lethargic.
Hehe, I go into hibernation mode when it gets colder. I'd rather sleep than do anything. Hopefully it won't get too chilly, so I keep my motivation to write.
Oh I do love Autumn in UK and I'll be there Wednesday - for good! Very exciting. :)
Glad to hear about your project, Lexa. X

We're still in the 90s here in San Antonio. Fall arrives in South Texas only when it's good and ready.
Thanks for mentioning my monthly contest!
I love October too, as I'm sure you know by now. :) Did you take that photo at the top? It's gorgeous. I'd love to add my book giveaway to this if you don't mind!
October is a great month! I hope you have a good weekend!
Fall is a lovely season. The colorful leaves, the cooler air after the hot summer, the excitement of school starting, football and the music of the bands.
Beautiful picture.
Wow! Love your Foxy's freebies! Awesome!
I love fall! The colors and so pretty! I feel more energized during the day, but it is getting darker earlier and I am getting tired earlier too!
Happy writing! Love the picture. :)

The only problem with fall is that it is too short and it turns into winter too quickly.
Fall is a favorite time of the year for me too.
Fall is my favorite time of year. I tend to slow down and reflect a bit in anticipation of winter.
You made me feel very fallish with that picture. So beautiful. In CA we have some color, but not like back east, and this year we're still in summer. Thanks for the links. Very nice.
I love autumn, too! It's easily my favorite season. Not sure it's given me an energy boost, though, heh. Glad to hear you're progressing so well with your own projects!
I do love autumn as well... we're going into Spring here and it's getting hot really fast... :)
I feel the same about fall - it always brings me more energy. My favorite time of year by far.
I'm looking forward to fall -- still feels like summer in SoCal. I emailed you & Foxy about Creepy Freebies. =]
I love fall. Today is cool and breezy. Smells like a fresh start.
Thank you for the links.
It's gotten breezy, but it's still warm here. I look forward to Halloween and Thanksgiving.
I always have more energy in the spring and summer. Fall makes me want to be lazy and just cozy up in the couch :-)
Who doesn't love Fall. The only problem for some is it means winter is right around the corner. I love Fall because it gives me time to read. Nothing better than sitting in front of an open fireplace, listening to the wood pop while I've got my head in a good book.
my google crashed on me three times this morning so this comment may pop up as many times! haha. this is def the first fall I've been enjoying--normally I'm not a fall fan (I'm all about spring/summer!) :)
I love fall as well. I'm happy to hear that you're writing is going well. I don't write faster in fall because work is so busy, but I am inspired by those who do and the wonderful show the Earth puts on. Maybe my winter writing will be spectacular as a result. :)
The gorgeous Autumn colors are really inspiring! Glad your projects are moving along, go Lexa!!!!! :D
Fall looks the same as summer in Florida. *shrugs* I do miss the change of colors, but I suppose that's the price we pay for warm weather.
So many awesome freebies...
I'm late to the dance, and gazing delightedly at the freebies.
Autumn is my favorite season, and I do love the leaves...
Fall is my favorite season--we finally get a break from the summer heat!
I have no choice, October is full of parties, birthdays and general craziness over here. I won't notice until November whether or not I really had the energy for it :) But I love it!
I love this time of year! Energy goes way up... and carries me through the massive leaf gathering. The squirrels are out in numbers, so once again it will be interesting to see how many leaf piles survive until I can get to them. All that digging for nuts, Guess they're energized as well. Rake, rake, rake!
I'll might have a look at the bloghop. Sounds like fun!!!
I love fall but I've been so wrapped up in family issues the last couple months that it snuck in without my really enjoying it. Switching over to "Yay! It's fall." mode now.
