Celebrate: Lynda Young's Cover Reveal & Giveaways

I'm very pleased to announce that my publisher, Freedom Fox Press/Dancing Lemur Press L.L.C., will be publishing a devotional book by Lynda R. Young on October 18.  Here's the lovely cover!
Cling to God: A Daily Devotional
by Lynda R Young

Cling to God in the chaos of life…

Cling to God is a book of devotionals for every day of the year. The aim is to encourage Christians in their faith, to help them think about their beliefs and learn more about God. The devotions are short and inspirational so that people with busy lifestyles will still be able to spend time with the Lord each day. It will appeal to a wide Christian audience, to those new in their faith as well as those matured beyond milk and honey.

Author Bio: Lynda R. Young, a Christian first, writes devotionals, articles, and speculative short stories. In her spare time she is also an editor, game developer, artist, and dabbles in photography and all things creative. She lives in Australia with her sweetheart of a husband. You can find her here: Blog, Twitter, Facebook, Goodreads.

Congratulations, Lynda!

I'm afraid I'm in bed fighting a fever and the flu.  Forgive me if I don't make it around to everyone's blogs this weekend.  But meanwhile, enjoy these two gifs of animals feeling a lot more chipper than I do.

Linda's book looks like a must get. I hope you feel better. I won't hold not getting around to blogs against anyone. I have a horrible track record.

Thank you so much, Lexa, for sharing my cover and exciting announcement. You are so sweet and a great friend.

Lynda is everywhere, congrats on your upcoming book. Sorry you're sick Lexa, just rest and take whatever you need to get better. Even I am jealous of that lively bird. Oh God I saw that ostrich, giraffe chase gif on twitter and it's still super hilarious now. Whoever added 'Let me love you' to this was a genius! Get well soon and take your time doing what you can until you're recovered.

This is the second time I've seen that devotional book cover on a blog this week. I like the title. I may get it even though I'm Catholic and even though I have a talent for losing daily devotional books. I just recently found the devotional I was supposed to be reading for Lent. :(

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I've not been well all summer due to chronic health issues and not taking good care of myself. Need to get back on track myself.

I've had some fun with kittens lately. One of my barn cat mamas has a litter in the kitchen and yesterday she decided to move her cat family to the canned goods shelves. I managed to persuade her they shouldn't go there. She must have found a new spot because they weren't in their kitten box last time I checked.
