Most impressive! I've had bookmarks and posters for my books, but never a deck of cards! I remember when my novel Wolfborn was about yo come out, but too late for the World SF Convention, which was in Melbourne that year. I pleaded with my publisher to give me a chance to promote it. They came through with the first set of bookmarks(designed by the intern, as the publicist was on vacation)and sons pistes be photocopied first chapters that I could take to the con. And that was very impressive considering how little time they had and the intern dud a very good bookmark - only the font was changed when the professionals came back. But a deck of cards? Your publisher is really looking after you! Well done!

Wow, talk about typos! That's "some posters and photocopied first chapters."

Talking about free stuff-- my friend Robert Mullin has a (permanently) free ebook available at https://www.amazon.com/Blood-Wells-Worlds-Robert-Mullin-ebook/dp/B01C5EBJ1W

It's a great story about a lady gladiator on a strange world. I loved it a lot and can't wait to review it. (I hope a few more people download it and read & review it because that would really encourage Robert a lot.)

Some of the small things I'm celebrating this week is a litter of 6 barn kittens. Their very young mama had a litter of 5 in spring that all died. This time all the kittens are healthy and mama was willing to have her babies in the house so I can help her take care of them. (Anyone want a kitten?) Since the kittens are all black or grey I know that the daddy was my 3-legged tomcat (who is going in for surgery soon.)

We are not one for winning things... our "Luck" does not allow for that...
But we will enter anyway... have a pleasant weekend, dear Lady Lexa...

OMG they are amazing. I love them... been checking this kind of swag out and damn, they are expensive. Your publisher is awesome for doing this:) So wish I could enter.

Wish I could enter your giveaway as I collect packs of playing cards. My dad used to work for Waddingtons here in the UK who manufactured playing cards as well as board games so he began the collection for me. I just picked up a beautiful card box complete with two vintage packs of US cards recently from a vintage fair - they may be heading over to my son I think when he sees them because they do look exceptionally "cool" and manly!! Thanks again for hosting, Lexa and have a great weekend :) Special Teaching at Pempi’s Palace

Shame I can't enter the draw from here in the UK. Mind you, we're in such turmoil here at the moment that this is just one more reason to move!

Have a great weekend, Lex!

Lexa, I'm so goofy. In my attempt to combine posts, do return visits, and make blog post repairs I failed to hop over to your place. I'm sharing CTST with my mid-week blog buds during the summer while traffic is slow and I fix things on my site. I just wanted you to know in case you didn't already. Anywho, cool idea with the playing cards with your book cover for a giveaway. Have a good day. I'll see you around, maybe not on the same day, but I'm here! ;)

My son in law would love these cards!

Oh my, such a trauma when your water tank breaks. The rest of us are sure to appreciate our water when it spurts out whenever we need it. Sorry your plumbing had all those issues, but you did a great job telling the story. Hoep you have a peaceful, uneventful weekend.
