This week I'm celebrating that by the end of today, my Spring Cleaning will be done.
Well, mostly done.
Okay ... I'm just done.
Did I mention that this week we had 2 sand storms in 3 days? They had to close the airport. My newly-clean home looks like hundreds of dust-bunnies flew in through the windows and then exploded ...

Congratulations on completing the spring clean! Though I don't imagine you have too many squirrels where you live...?
Lexa, I love your sense of humor with the squirrels (smile) Nice job of being d o n e with spring cleaning! Thanks for the smiles caused by the pictures of the squirrels! Have a blessed weekend!!!
Wow! I can't imagine what it would be like to have a sandstorm hit my city or house. Interesting! At least you got some cleaning done. Something good did come of it!
I can relate to squirrel number one.
Sorry about your sandstorms (or is it sand storms?). Do you usually have an idea of when they're coming so you can batten down the hatches a bit?
Your sand storms sound like the dust storms we'd get in New Mexico. Yes, everything covered in sand and dust. Plus I'd always bring home a tumbleweed trapped under my truck.
I can't even begin to imagine having to deal with sandstorms and having it ruin all of my cleaning efforts. Have a fantastic weekend!
Awesome you got your spring cleaning done. I'm just trying to keep mine cleaner. Have a great weekend!
My sympathy on the dusty end to your spring clean. Thank you for the squirrel pics, they are priceless!
One of my earliest pieces of fiction, and first published piece, was about squirrels.
Yikes, I haven't even started my spring cleaning!!! Thank you for the squirrel memes, I needed a good chuckle this morning!
Giant UGH! Clean, sand, clean, sand, clean, sand —I'd be done too. I like the nut truck and chubby squirrel pic best.
Thanks for the cheeky squirrels. Enjoy your weekend, Lexa.
Sandstorms must be scary. Luv the squirrels

Oh wow, I can't imagine what those sand storms must be like. Sounds scary.
LOVE the squirrels, especially the one who overindulged on the nuts LOL.
Yes, it's Friday and sunshine is finally coming to Portland. I hope you have a terrific weekend with no more dust storms.
How frustrating to have finished spring cleaning, and then have a dust storm. Fingers crossed there won't be another one once you've cleaned up this time.
I've been behind on Celebrating the Small Things so this week I combined my Blogging A to Z (today is Y) with my CTST. Thanks as always for listing Freebies. I continue to enjoy your blog. Have a great weekend! http://www.dianeweidenbenner.com/yard-sailing/
Sandstorm? Interesting! I live in the midwest and when you drive through Kansas it can get a bit windy for my taste too...but I don't think I know what a standstorm would be like. Bless you! Congratulations on the cleaning and I love squirrel pictures!
Oh, Lexa, you made my day. Those squirrels are hilarious. Congrats on the spring cleaning, and I suppose that means I better get started. Now come check out my good news :)
Sandstorms. Not something I deal with. (I live in the Pacific Northwest in the USA.) This shows why people in the Ancient Near East, both male and female, kept headcoverings handy.
Great pictures. Squirrels are so cute.
One reason not to clean house: sand storms. :)
Yay to finishing the cleaning...want to come to my house next??? Lol! I really need to get going on some things. Cute pics.
Wow, April went by fast. I was so busy I am glad I didn't attempt AtoZ this year. As for spring cleaning and sand storms . . . I feel for you. Would closing the windows have helped, or does it sneak it's way in anyway?
Hehe...you are funny! I loved all the squirrel memes!
My spring cleaning is almost done, too! I am not a fan of dusting, thus there are many bunnies growing all over my place. Congrats on yours being done, too.
Perfect way to start my Monday. Squirrels with attitude and humor. I have one that sits on the tree outside my window while I'm trying to write. He's quite the distraction, but I do love his visits. I'm going to take a closer look to see if he resembles any of yours here today. :-)
Hahaha! The squirrels are awesome, I needed the laugh. Hope you are recovering now from cleaning. =-)

Those squirrels are incredible. My cat kind of looks like the tubby one that overate. I wouldn't trust her around a truckload of kibble.
I'm trying to upload a squirrel video my daughter took yesterday of one trying to birdseed in the rain. I hope it works.
Such adorable squirrels! Sorry to hear about the sandstorms. Glad I missed those!
LOL! When I read your title, I was sure Loni Townsend would be in the post. Alas... I'll have to send her this way. Thanks for the chuckle. MUCH needed.
Sand...ugh. I can offer you a much better spring cleaning experience if you want to come take care of my house. No sand. ;)
Great pics!
Um, so now that you're done spring cleaning there, would you consider...?
(I have lots of squirrels.)
Love the squirrel posters. We have squirrels in our back yard, and they go through those very postures and struts. So much fun to watch. Congratulations on getting your spring cleaning done. I'm about halfway.
Congrats on the spring cleaning, Lexa. I'm just getting started. While in the depths of querying, I decided I needed to tackle something where I could see tangible results to my efforts. So my office is getting an overhaul - decluttering and deep cleaning. Next up - the mini blinds. Yuck.
Love the squirrels!!
