2) I still have to revise my final 2 chapters, but I'm getting there, slowly but surely. :)
What's your favorite part of fall? Cooler temps? Halloween? Beautiful foliage? Football?

What a great list of novels for October, Lexa!
Happy to see the blog roll with both new and returning members.
I love October too! Great stuff always happens this month.
I need to check out the freebies! Thanks for sharing.
Cooler weather is a big plus after summer sticking around for much too long. Hope your weekend is good.
Football! And lower temperatures which means less humidity.
Fall is just...fall. I love it. Too short around these parts, though. Have a great weekend!
Love fall, especially the leaves changing!
I like summer best but fall can be beautiful and it also means...PUMPKINFEST! I can't wait.
I am SO happy Fall's here - colorful leaves, cooler temperatures, warm apple cider, cooler temperatures, pumpkins, cooler temperatures...*hehehe* see a pattern?
As a painter, I'm drawn to Autumn because of the wonderful colors surrounding me. Have a great weekend.
I'm loving Autumn and am also excited for Halloween.
Happy October to you ♥
I love fall too, but not so much what comes after.
Good luck with the rest of your revisions :) I love October, especially Halloween!
haha you can prob tell my answer: nothing! lol I hate fall, everything about it, okay, well, I do sort of like mid-end of oct when the leaves change and I have no choice but to enjoy the nice weather. oh and I like pumpkins! and yay for two more chapters!! I'm all about taking time...my WIP is taking me forever but it's coming along at a snail's pace :)
Celebrating October too!
Love it, and especially Halloween!
YES!! October is amazing. What FUN month, and season of Fall :)
October is spring here, so a very welcome end to winter. My partner and I met at a Halloween party, so October is always a special month for us.
In Florida. Still waiting for cooler and drier weather. Shared.
I have Damn the Dead on my kindle just waiting for me. Lot of good books!!! Now over to your fright blog.
I love October, too! (Probably because Halloween is my favorite holiday. LOL.) No cooler temps for me this month, though. That won't happen for at least another month where I live! XD
And oh, how exciting that you only have two chapters left. Best of luck with 'em! :)
"What's your favorite part of fall? Cooler temps? Halloween? Beautiful foliage? Football?"
All of it! Although, the weather hasn't cooled down that much for me just yet. Have a great, cooler-weather weekend. ;)
Hooray for October! Hope yours is beautiful!
What I love about autumn is the amazing colours it carries and the stacks of leaves falling from the trees that are getting ready for their winter sleep. Even though I live in a city I'm lucky enough to have trees outside my windows and witnessing the cycle of seasons is something magical and something I am constantly grateful for. Have a beautiful weekend Lexa.
Those look like amazing books. It's still hot as heck, but last night I noticed the air was cooler.
Happy October! I love the colors, the food, Halloween and the slightly cool temperatures. I could personally care less about football- but do like getting cozy on the couch with blankets to read. :)
Happy editing!
~Jess
Yay for book giveaways! I love October too. My favorite parts of fall are the colors and the cooler temperatures for sure, but i also love the way things feel. I don't know if I can fully articulate it, but there's just something about the transition from life and heat and growth--which I how I imagine summer--to the soft draw back of this transition. TMI for a blog post, huh? Anyways, I'm with you about fall. Have a great weekend!
First and foremost: thanks for the free books. That aside, I'd have to say that my favorite part of the fall is a combination of the coloring and the food. Oranges and blacks and browns are just comforting for me. That, coupled with fantastic food like pumpkin spice, rum cakes, snicker-doodles, and more make fall life fantastic.
Yes, October is amazing, isn't it? It's a cool, windy day here, and all I want to do is curl up and read/watch something dark and dreary!
I hope you have a great October! It's typically a good month for me, in part because my birthday is in October. Have a great weekend!
Walking through crisp autumn leaves on a sunny day is what I like best - it transports me back to those carefree childhood days and the wonder and beauty of the world we live in :) Thanks for the happy thoughts, Lexa and for hosting this blog hop. Have a lovely weekend :) Special Teaching at Pempi’s Palace
Thanks for the free books!
I'm trying to get deeper into reading this month :)
My favorite part of October is the opposite of yours - it's springtime here in New Zealand - the days are getting longer, the weather is getting warmer and it rains less.
Hmm....and I'm thinking that "The Mission" would be the perfect treat for Halloween. That was so much fun to read, Lexa!
I SO love October! The colors are just so inspiring and gorgeous . . . sigh . . .
Glad you're almost to the end with revising those two last chapters! Well, by now you're probably done. How exciting!
Cool freebies, too! ;)
October for me means things are heating up and I prefer the cold:) Awesome progress on your writing. Keep it up:) Great book suggestions.
I love fall. The crisp air, the wonderful apples, the beautiful leaves, the bonfires. What I'm not a fan of is winter, but a season that celebrates everything spooky? Awesome!
I'm pretty glad for fall. We're getting some really nice weather here. Yay for blog hops!! I'll definitely tweet about it!
So close to finish editing your book, congratulations!
