Happy New Year! ~\o/~

I...felt like an utter failure in 2014, to be honest. Hopefully 2015 is better...

I reevaluated my publishing goals for 2015. I'm back to querying agents.

Happy New Year. Thanks for the giveaway info.

It was a good year although not a great year. Hope your 2015 is awesome and a big step up from 2014!

Happy New Year to you, Lexa. My youngest daughter is set to graduate from HS and move on to college--I'm not sure how I feel about 2015!

happy new year! and I hope 2015 is way better for you! 2014 was a mixed bag for me. My dad recovered fully from his rare blood cancer (AMAZING) , but money has been non-existent for my fam (he was fired from his job a week before his diagnoses), and my cat of almost 21 years passed away in August! So, I'm grateful for what I have but it was still a tough year! One day at a time, I guess!

Any year without a hurricane here is a good one.

2014 had its ups and downs, but was mostly good. Sweetie retired and got rehired as a part time consultant, which makes his life easier. The children are all still living and healthy and working, in school, or about to go back to work. Grandma and Grandpa are still with us. All our own pets are still here and mostly healthy.

The house didn't burn down when the fridge caught fire, we have a dishwasher and newer washer and dryer now, and the cars run except the one that will be repaired soon.

That, for us, is more good than bad on the year.

Great giveaways !
There were a lot of good things in 2014 in our lives. However through out the world and also here in the US there were so many undesirable things that I feel that I did not deserve the good things we got. Don't get me wrong. I am very grateful to God.
Happy New year !

Yes, 2014 was a rather trying year. There's nothing like a new year for a bit of a psychological reboot and a chance to start a fresh new chapter!

Happy New Year, Lexa! ❤

Happy New Year, Lexa!! ((HUGS))
I'm sorry about your health issues this last year but I'm hoping all of your dreams for 2015 come true! With good health!
I'm listing my goals on my blog on Monday since I haven't blogged since before Christmas. Most of them include writing goals... then again, we wouldn't have it any other way, would we?=)

My goal for the new year is to be more decisive. I think that's what I want.

Sorry your 2014 wasn't the greatest. Mine had its share of difficult moments, but there were a lot of good ones, too. Here's hoping that 2015 brings only the best!

I hope your new year is full of goodness, Lexa!!

Life is a mixture of good and bad. It all evens out in the end.

I do believe that you really can't appreciate the good times unless you have suffered the bad. That pisses me off.

Thanks for all the freebie links. Also glad 'Celebrate...' is continuing. A really nice blog hop. Frustrated my book was never submitted anywhere;this year for sure. Hope 2015 is a better year for you!

My 2014 was one of the best years I've had in a long time. That's not the usual thing, but I hope it continues. Here's to you, Lexa, having a much better 2015! ;)

Have a wonderful (i.e., not sucky) new year, Lexa! You deserve it. Stay cool in that Egyptian sun. Ra can be a little temperamental.

2014... after four years I have finally taken possession of the home I "inherited" from my parents. Battles I wouldn't ever want to face again. Other than that...it was interesting. Looking forward to 2015.

Best off it ALL to you, Lexa!!

Hopefully 2015 will be kinder Lexa. Thanks for the freebies.

Hey Lexa,

Yep, the wait is over. I have finally arrived to dazzle you with one of my eagerly anticipated comments. Note my humbleness.

I sure hope that 2015 is a hell of a lot better for you than that crap year of 2014.

I'm glad to see the ass end of a rotten year on so many levels.

My goal for the new year is to be an even bigger adoring fan of yours.

Here's to an awesome New Year, dear Lexa.

2014 was a tough year for me as I was recovering from surgery. I'm hoping for a better 2015! We're planning a trip to Disney at the end of this year, so 2015 will automatically be a better year :) Hope your 2015 kicks butt!

Hey Lexa, 2014 was a mixed bag for me too. I have a good feeling about this New Year though.

I can't usually post every week for the CTST hop, otherwise I wouldn't have minded offering to take it over. I noticed your comment on Vikki's site. It would be awesome if you could manage to take it over. When I'm depressed, the the hop gives me pause to think about all the things I have to be thankful for and to celebrate.

Btw, I read your book recently. I've been so far behind in writing my reviews, but it'll be coming soon. I promise. Hugs to you. Eva

Still catching up with my Happy New Year Messages. Heck I'm still looking at the Christmas cards on my desk--the blank ones I should have sent.

Here's to a great year for you, Lexa!

Then the best thing about 2014 is it's over! Sorry it wasn't the greatest, Lexa. Ours was pretty good. I certainly have nothing to complain about. Here I am in 2015 and it's looking good too. I hope I get some work done this year. I'm such a bad procrastinator. Happy New Year!

Lexa, oh yeah I'm glad 2014 is over. There were far too many things going on. Thankfully they are in the rear view mirror now and 2015 is full of promise and hope.

Leave all the crappy stuff from 2014 behind and have a great year!

I really do hope this year is better! I love the feeling of the beginning of something, not knowing how things will turn out. My important goals: secure a lit agent, finish my new WIP soon.

2014 was actually a tough year for me. I don't say negative vibes out loud very often, but it's true. So I'm definitely looking forward to a renewed beginning in 2015. Here's to all your goals!

Lots of freebies! I'm giving away a $25 Amazon gift card and a long-stemmed chocolate rose, as well as an autographed copy of my book. Come on over!

Crystal Collier said...

Yay for freebies! So it's a new year and all I can say is "Whew!" 2014 was epic, but it involved selling a house, two moves, publishing a book, landing places in 3 anthologies, blogging every week, trying out new school solutions, getting pregnant, going on a long vacation and two MAJOR life events for kids. I've checked to make sure my heart is still beating several times.

Here's to 2015 and a slightly less chaotic pace. (Please?)

Happy New Year, Lex! Sorry about the suckfest. I hope 2015 more than makes up for 2014. For me it was a mix, but I am happy to have finished my manuscript. Onward and upward for both of us. :)

2014 would have been an okay year if not for the loss of my dad. Hope 2015 is a winner for both of us.

Happy New Year... yep, I'm with you. 2015 has to be better than 2014:) My goals are to actually publish a few books... fingers crossed.
